I removed the juniper driver by following a suggestion of an earlier post in this thread the driver was located by running verifier. You need to run as Administrator to see all files. Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy.

W Kraaij Replied on May 20, DMP was deleted because the disk volume had less than 25 GB free space. Locate and right click on the device and click on Uninstall in the drop down list. Do the same for the Applications log.
